Can Limited leave to remain bring in a spouse

I am divorced from my wife and currently hold a limited leave to remain visa based on my child who is British and in my custody, developed a relationship with a lady outside the country and would like to bring her into the country, I earn over £19,000 per year and meet other requirements, I don't know if I can bring someone in on my visa type, so want to find out if it's possible or not
