MN 1 Naturalization CERTIFICATE NOT RECEIVED

CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE?

I Have received approval letter dated 06 May 2017 that my children(4) applications have been successful and I will receive certificates of registration as a British citizen shortly for each child.
I have received certificates of registration for my 3 children on 9 May 2017 but unfortunately, I haven't received a certificate of registration for my one daughter. I Have sent emails to <nationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk> and also sent recorded a letter to Department 74 UK visas and immigration The Capital Building Liverpool L3 9PP on 29-05-2017 but no reply.
can I get any advice here?

The home office bureaucracy is pretty disorganised in my experience.

I would recommend to write a letter to your MP - they can enquire with the home office.
