Spouse Visa Refused and Appealed - No response yet

I need an urgent help.. Applied from Ghana for a settlement visa to join my wife in September 2015 got refused January 2016.... Reason for refusal was no contact between us for the period of time we stated we have been dating and living together which we had our names on utility bills and rent agreement and HO said they never seen any documents and the only document we didnt add was the bank statement which we thought it wasnt necessary bcuz we had one year payslips and two years p60 which was 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 and also they didnt see a letter from my wifes employee
of which we added all with phones number to contact. ..Appeal February 2016 a got date in March 2017 to appear in court 16th June 2017 after numerous calls, emails from my wife and I and locals MP... Wife visited Ghana July 2016 for the second time and find out she was pregnant in August 2016 when she returned back to UK and God being so good she gave birth in April 2017 and went to the court with son for a strong witness to the court.... It's been 22 days now and still not gotten a determination letter from judge and can anyone help me on what to do?? Await your replies please bcuz my wife will return to work August ending and there's no one to look after my boy when we goes to work as he will 4 months old by then. Help is needed please.
