Can a Tier 2 worker can work for Subsidiaries of a parent co

Dear manci and other Gurus,

I need help and its very urgent I will be thankfull for quick reply.
I am going to apply for my extension of tier 2 general visa.
Can anybody please clarify the below issue.
The current structure of my employer companies are as below. There are total four companies one parent company which has the tier 2 sponsor licence then there are two subsidiaries of parent companies with the same address and one more company who's director is son of my boss and he is also the director of one of the subsidiary company.all companies have the same address now i have below questions.
There are 5 worker in parent company and 6 in two subsidiaries and there are nearly 100 employs in Boss son company.
1.Can i manage the worker of my boss son company?
Is it allowed by home office.

2.lets say When my employer applied for sponsor licence he didnt mention for the subsidiaries or other companies. Can i still allowed to train and recruit for other compnies. Do he need to mention anything in SMS.

it is allowed to work through subs companies but before starting any work, employer should inform HO through a letter that these are sister companies of parent company. They will reply the employer with the confirmation.
