DENIED RIGHT TO WORK. HELP

Post by Bamson » Mon Jul 10, 2017 11:21 am

MY 2.5 YEARS FLR APPLICATION WAS DUE ON THE 12TH OF DECEMBER 2016 HOWEVER MY FORMER SOLICITOR SUBMITTED 4 DAYS LATE. THE HOME OFFICE SAID I'VE LOST MY RIGHT TO WORK, IT'S BEEN 7 MONTHS NOW I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A FINAL RESPONSE TO MY APPLICATION, I HAVE A 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER TO LOOK AFTER AND RIGHT NOW I CANNOT WORK. PLEASE HELP!

The lawyer is very incompetent. Home Office is correct, as the application was late, you lost your right to work. You can apply to do a same day service, or if you are the sole provider of the child, you can argue that you have a right under Zambrano.
