Hi All, I am slighlty confused on what I have to answer for question 6.1 and 6.2 on the Set O application. I first got my Tier 2 ICT in March 2010 valid for two years upto March 2012. I enterred UK in April 2010 and left in May 2010. Then re-enterred using the same visa in January 2012 and extended till now. I am applying for ILR on the 5 years i have stayed from January 2012. So for Questions 6.1 what date should i give for first entry to UK (as this refers to the date of my first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based ) - January 2012 or April 2010? Also for absences in 6.2 should i mention that 1.8 year absence? The reason I am asking is because my company supporting letter only states that I first enterred UK in April 2010 and also only lists absences from January 2012.
