Tier 2 ICT dependant Accommodation Document

Hi Gurus,

I have a question around documents to be submitted for Tier 2 application. Is there a link which shows all the document which is required ?.

I am currently staying at a shared accommodation and was planning to take a two bed property after the visa is granted. I am showing maintainance funds from my account. Even my employer is willing to give the letter stating that they will take care of my family in first few months.

Do we really have to prove the accomodation as a part of the application ? I havent seen it mentioned anywhere in the UKBA site. Going through some other posts it says that it is a part of a required document hence wanted to see if anyone has got rejected for the same.

61.You must have £630 to support yourself.
62.This requirement can be met by:
 having savings of £630 which must have been held for at least three months prior to the date of
application; or
 the Tier 2 A-rated sponsor providing a written undertaking that, should it become necessary, it
will maintain and accommodate the family member for a month. The undertaking may be limited 14
provided the limit is at least £630 per family member. A Tier 2 A-rated sponsor can do this by:
a) endorsing the certification on the Certificate of Sponsorship, or
b) providing the certification in a letter from the sponsor which includes:
i. the applicant’s name,
ii. the sponsor’s name and logo, and
iii. details of any limit

I have the necessary funds per application in my bank account but i was not willing to put a cover letter, i guess i will now require to get a letter from my company mentioning my details and the declaration stating should it become necessary, it will maintain and accommodate the family member for a month.

Is there a template for the company letter on what details will have to go on that with terms of my employment or just mentioning that i am an employee of the company with my current title, address and salary details and the declaration as stated in the post above.
