Tier 2 dependent visa accommodation

My wife and child will going to apply tier 2 dependent visa next week, I have received my Tenancy Agreement today. I have few questions relate to accommodation.

• I don't have any council tax receipt because I will going to move on 20th July .Is this okay?
• I have 2 bedrooms flat but it is not mention in my Tenancy Agreement. Should I ask my landlord to mention this?
