Permission for Ukrainian to stay in Ireland after marriage

I live and work in N. Ireland and have ROI and UK passports. I plan to get married in ROI in a few months to my Ukrainian girlfriend and hopefully both of us will live and work in N. Ireland.

Was advised by a friend to get married in ROI, so thats why I am partly down that route. After we get married what does she need to do to get permission to live with me and work in Ireland, considering that it would be simpler if I could remain in N. Ireland and worked there.
