ILR REQUIREMENTS FOR PBS DEPENDENT

Dear responder,

I am currently on ILR from tier 2 gen route. My wife and daughter are on tier 2 dependent visa for the last 1 and half year time. They are due for an extension to their visa. I have following queries to make:
1- can I use family of settled person visa route for them instead of tier 2 dependent route as finding difficult to get sponsor licence no.
2- By using family of settled person route is there any way we can save time to their ILR as longer time means more expenditures and more misery.
3- my daughter who is born abroad - can I apply for her passport based on my status earlier? if possible in near future.
