Hello Experts Please help me....

If you are running a genuine business and everything is fine... but your visa extension get refused due to case worker mistake and you have to fight in high court to get your visa...
Can we claim compensation from home office?

Please experts advice on this.

In general, I don't see why any one department would be different from others. People have sued NHS, police, councils, etc. and got compensation - but it is a legal process and on its own merit.

Of course, the key thing is what you are being compensated for i.e what is the loss you suffer.

Your own case still needs to go through AR. If you need to fight it with a JR in court, then I am sure you can add compensation demands there if your lawyer thinks you can.
