Passport for EEA child

Post by eeaworkingstudent » Wed Jul 12, 2017 1:18 pm

Resurfacing this old thread as I have a fairly similar question:

I've been a research student in the UK for four years (Oct 2011 - Sep 2015), and have since been working in a "regular" job. During my time as a research student, I was classified as full-time student, and did not have CSI, which if I understand correctly, means I was not "exercising treatment rights".

However, my position was remunerated, at a minimum of £18,000 per year, made up of a research grant and teaching income (the total income was always a bit higher and fluctuated between 19-23,000 each year).

The posts below mentions the MET, which this seems to clearly surpass, so would there be a chance of getting a child passport for my 5-week old now given that I've been earning £18k+ for the last 6 years?
