No surname in educational certificates. Only in passport.

Post by hello2704 » Thu Jul 13, 2017 7:54 am

Hello folks

I am planning to apply for student visa in the UK. However, I do not have a surname in any of my educational certificates. I only have it in my passport. Will there be an issue in future with the college authorities in the UK when they discover that my visa has a surname and none of my educational certificates?

Thanks in advance.

I doubt very much that you will obtain a student visa without surname on your certificate, how can be proved that it's you? I never knew if student certificates without full name on them

Not if you provide further evidence that they are your certificates. What that evidence would be, I have no idea.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
