Tier 1 Entrepreneur Ext Employee passport expired

Hi there,

My tier 1 Entrepreneur extentions is due in end of july 2017.

I am a team member and my situation is as under...

We have created two full time job and both employee completed thier term of jobs.

Just few days ago I found that when we hired employee number 2 we found that his passport was expired when we hire but we got his UK driving license and before he finish his job with us he submit his valid British passport .

Details:

His new passport Issue date is 11 Jan 2017

and He finish his job in our company in 31 Jan 2017

My question is this is any problem if ye s then what we can do?

There is no problem. You can submit a copy of his expired passport (which you should have got when you hired him) or the new one.
But I would recommend sending in the passport at the time of his hiring (even if it was an expired one) since that is when you are supposed to have collected it.
