Tier 4 General Dependent Partner - Administrative review

Hi,

My visa was refused for entry clearance since I didn't satisfy, under immigration rule 319C(g) and appendix E. I have applied for a Administrative review that I have satisfied the rule as per the immigration caluse.

Can any one share your experiences of how long it took to get the AR decision ? I understand that as per process it would take 28 days. But, can it happen before that ?
