I am on T1G to ILR with mixed of limited company and PAYE. In one 12 month period, I have five overseas trips, one for 31 days, one for 21 days, two for 7 days and one for 14 days. In total, 73 days. Questions:
1. As the above overseas trips are on my own arrangement, and I am on limited company, how to provide evidence or letter for the above absence? Most of the trips are just in between jobs, and some are when jobs were put on hold. Due to the working nature of limited company/contract job, when we take holidays, they are always unpaid which is different from PAYE paid holidays. Any sample for limited company applicant for absense from the UK explaination?
2. I heard other applicants got rejected for just saying absences (over 30 days but less than 180 days) were for holiday and family visit, even though they were less than 180 days in a 12 month circle period as for being not convincing. According to the UKVI document for absense calculation guidance, any absence over 30 days requires 'evidence'. How to deal with this?
