Tier 2 ICT extension with priority postal services

Hi, I have applied for tier 2 ICT visa extension in UK through priority postal service 15 days back and not heard anything so far. Home office website shows decision within 10 working days hence bit worried. Do I need o follow up or there is generally delays in priority services also. Thanks.
