Hello guys i need to ask very urgent question.
i went uk visitor visa 2 years ago my visa finish but i stay overstay in uk.
one day home office catch me when they catch me i said them i wanna make assylum and they take me detection center i stay there 1 monthss they wanted interwiew from me but i say them i chance my mind so i got ssome time and i wanna go back turkey in said
im from turkey. i come to turkey and i married with my spanish girlfriend we are planing to live in spain my question is

*if i try to apply visa to spain am i going to get any problem.?


because when i come to voluntary departure i think i got 1 year re entry ban from the uk
we married already today i will apply for Family grouping (with EU citizen) spain

what do u think guys can you give me some advise pls thank you o much

no i didint i got problem in my country when i was in detection center my
psychology wasnt good i said to home office i wanna cancel my aslum claim and they give me one paper for the cancel and i cancel it

when police catch me i said i wanna claim asylum.
and they take me to detection center i stay there 1 month after 1 months they transfered me to london for asylum interwiew but when i see the home office i told them i dont feel ok myelf here i feel in prison if i go my country i will go to prison the same for me i said and i wanna caNCEL my claim i said and they give me one paper and i singed and they stop for asylum and then i choose coming to turkey voluntary departure thi i what happned
