When can I apply for ILR under Tier 1 entrepreneur

Hello there,

I am planning to apply next week for IRL, Can you please check the following details and let me know the earliest date I can apply for IRL under my circumstances?

Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa Initial application ( Approval letter says visa approved on 10th of August but I got the following BRP ):

BRP Start date : 16 August 2012 , Expiry : 11 August 2015

Tier 1 Extension visa ( Applied around mid July 2015 )

BRP Start date: 3 September 2015 , Expiry: 3 September 2017

Also just to mention that before Tier 1 Entrepreneur I was on PSW visa and switched my visa to Tier 1 which was approved on 11th of August 2012 ( So Tier 1 Ent starting visa date: 16 August 2012 ).

You can apply in few days, as it will be 28 days from completing your 5 years
