This is one of the things that makes sense for people that face refusal, but wouldn't you need to be employed making GBP 18,600 even if you were to move to an EU country to maintain the financial requirement for the appeal?Obie wrote:It matters not what you tell me , what matters is what you put in your application and representation made, what inference can be reasonably drawn from it by a judge, and what you set out in your application.
In my experience ECO manager don't tend to overturn Section 320(11) decision on review, so you must brace yourself for the Long haul, it may go on for well over a year. If you want to maintain your familial relationship, you may need to consider the option of relocating to other EU state with your wife, or she can move to your home country, until after resolution.
