UK Entry clearance place of issue shows UKVI 10

Hello.

I've been issued with my entry clearance this month. However, the place of issue shows UKVI 10. While I know this might be a Home Office practice, I wonder why other visas that were granted shows the actual place of issue instead of a code (ie, Manila instead of UKVI 10).

Can anyone explain me this? I've been looking all over the web of the code list for place of issue but I can't find any.
