Hi guys
Im sponsoring my fiance from pakistan to UK, he has one child which we would like to sponsor after a short while. Do we submit birth certficate with the fiance application or at time of sponsoring the dependent ?
I understand to sponsor a spouse min inc is £18,600 what would we have to be earning to sponsor dependent at a later stage? Ie after my fiance being here for a few months?

In which case, you will be sponsoring your step-child once you are married and your husband has been issued his FLR(M) spouse visa.

The minimum income level will increase to £22,400. Submit your step-child's birth certificate with their dependent application together with documented evidence that your husband has sole responsibility.
