28 days from completing 10 years

Apply for SET(LR) and explain in a covering letter
3.My wife came to uk 2015, how can i vary my wife application?
4.Which application form can use for my wife?
Apply under FLR(M) for her along with your own SET(LR), explain in the covering letter

Wait for your extension instead :?

She cannot apply for FLR(M) if you do not have those. Either get those or wait for your extension so your dependant can remain under PBS route.
You might be able to apply via FLR(FP) route but there will be no guarantee.

2.what is best office Croyden or Sheffield for PEO?

FLR(FP) is not a replacement for FLR(M). Not having the income or English degree is not a reason to apply under FLR(FP)
You are advised to stay under PBS route if your dependent is not eligible to apply for FLR(M).
2.what is best office Croyden or Sheffield for PEO?
There is no such a thing as the best PSC. Choose the one you can attend.

What can I apply if I have refused my tier1 Exn?
Depends on the reasons of the refusal. If you are eligible for long residence by then, then you may be able to apply for ILR under long residence.
Also can she apply flo(fp) if my child got British citizenship?
Possibly. See: immigration-for-family-members/flr-fp-a ... 19750.html
