T2 ICT - changing from short term to long term visa

Post by praveen86 » Mon Jul 17, 2017 10:12 am

Hi,

I have had visa from 22/09/2016 to 24/09/2017 for 1 year ICT Short Term. Due to end of Project i had to return to India on 2nd July 2017. Now my visa has been cancelled due to compliance issue by the company, whereas my visa is valid till 24/09/2017 and confirmed to raise new visa request if required.

And now as per the new project requirement for Long term, am i eligible to apply for UK ICT Long term 3 or 5 years or any other visa?

Also please send me the correct link for UK New immigration rules

Yes, you can apply for ICT long term visa without any cool-off period (upto a max of 5 years).

All details are available in Tier 2 guidance document.
