How to chase status for EEA (FM) & Reg Cert for EEA spouse

Hi all,

Applied for my EEA (FM) Residence Card and my wife's EEA (QP) Registration Certificate at the same time. Money has been deducted on June 26th for both the application. I am planning to chase the status once next week as it will be a month and we do not have any acknowledgement or my biometric letter yet or any case number. I have seen in the EEA timeline EuroBiometrics and NwEuroCoaRequests.. email address. Does someone know the complete address? or is it just followed by @homeoffice.gov.uk
