EEA Registration Certificate Online Form Help

Hi,

I am currently filling online registration certificate form for myself and my children. Me and my kids are Italian citizens. I am confused with two things. In the online form they asked if your children has ever taken or currently receiving any public funds. I have said no but i am not sure if i should say yes or no. The scenario is that they are still my dependent and i am claiming some of their benefits like child benefits, working and child tax credit. Obviously they are not claiming anything it is me who is claiming for them. Please tell me if i should yes or no where they ask if children has got access to public funds.

My second question is that they asked if Children are living with both parents or not. My children lives with me and their mother is still in Pakistan. We are not separated the reason why they are living with me is because they are studying in college here in England. So what should i put in that section will it be that both children are living with both parents or just with one? If i say that they are living with me then they are asking for consent of other parent for living arrangement. Do i just need their signature on a paper confirming that she is happy with the current living arrangements. Please note both of my children are 17.
