Romania Invitation

Hello,

I am an Egyptian citizen who wants to visit Romania on a private visit (C/VV), My fiancee will be making an invitation for me as she is a Romanian citizen, Also she lives in UK.

While i am doing my application for the visa , i found two things to be attached which are ( Authenticated Invitation & invitation approved by the General Inspectorate for Immigration – Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs)


Can anyone please provide some information or a help about that requirement ( invitation approved by the General Inspectorate for Immigration – Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs) ?

Hi, not sure if you have filed the application or not. However here is the rundown of your requirements.
The invitation you refer has to be submitted prior to application of a visa to Romania. Your fiancée will have to do it in Romania. I suggest she ask someone in her family to submit the invitation in immigration offices. I have found the link of Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs that explain it clearly and has a model of the letter as well.
The process takes about 60 days. Only when approved will you be able to apply for the visa.
If your fiancée finds it complicated then you better look for a travel agency in Romania and they can help with this invitation on your behalf.
