Tier 2 (General) Dependant Application

Good morning,
Could you please help regarding my husband's Tier 2 General dependant visa Application? My husband is a Nigerian Citizen working in Finland for 7 months now. Yesterday, at the point of the application we got informed that from April 2017 Tier 2 visa applicant will need to provide 12 months Criminal Record Certificate (from a Education/ Healthcare/ Social sector with their dependant). Also, there were SOC code listed for those who are required to submit CRC and luckily my SOC code wasn't in the list mentioned. I shouldn't be probably asking this but its worth double checking. I am the main applicant already working in the UK since 2014. My husband resides in Finland although a Nigerian Citizen. Can you please tell me if he requires a Criminal Record Certificate? Does he need Tuberculosis Test (hopefully not since hes' been in Finland for 7months now)? Are the following documents sufficient enough to support his application ?
 Copies of Bio data Page of my old and new Passports.
 Copy of my UK Biometrics Resident Permit (BRP).
 Tenancy agreement
 Letter from Landlord to confirm no objection for my husband to live in the property.
 Virgin Media Utility Bills.
o Residential Service Contract
o Home Broadband Bill
o Mobile Bill
 Copy of Home Office Letter granting Leave to Remain in the UK.
 Electoral Registration Letter
 Copy of NHS Letter confirming registration.
 Copy of Counterpart Driving Licence.
 Copy of Driving Licence.
 Letter confirming employment status and current salary.
 6 Months pay slips
 Copy of P60 End of Year Certificate – 5th April,2017.
 Copy of P2 from HM Revenue and Customs.
 3 months bank statement with over £2000
 Proof of Relationship
o Marriage Certificate and Registry
o Wedding invitation card and wedding programme
o Traditional Wedding,Wedding and Wedding Reception Photographs
 Evidence of communication with calls highlighted
o Viber calls and chat highlighted , Text messages and emails.
o Email from WhatsApp stating inablility to restore chat and call logs.
 Worldremit receipt confirming the money I remitted to my husband.
 Copy of Score Nigeria’s Publication (ScoreNigeria.com.ng) of our wedding in an interview with my husband
 Passport page showing Entry Clearance Stamps during traditional marriage, wedding period.
 E-ticket and booking confirmation of my trip to Nigeria before and after our wedding
 Shegen Visa (Finland Visa) with Entry Clearance Stamps confirming entry and exit out of Finland when I visited my husband after the weding

Are these documents sufficient or is there any other document I should include?

I would be glad if you please reply ASAP as we need to apply ASAP.
