Suing the home office ??? what are my options

Post by e1e » Tue Jul 18, 2017 12:07 pm

Hi guys,
I have a protracted case with the HOme office.

Its been going on now for about 12 years. I applied for a workpermit renewal which was aborted, the details of what happened was never given to me to this day. When my local MP got involved the HO just traded blames with me and my wife. (And nothing concrete)

My wife and I separated now and my daughter lives with her. She is 9 and going to be 10 next year.

I applied for a FLR FP, with fee waiver which has been rejected and resubmitted 3 times now and still pending. I then got a later, asking me to attend an interview end of this month, I called and was told, they want me to leave the country as I have nothing pending and no status, and I can always apply for a visitors visa to see my daughter. They said my daughter does not live with me anymore

As obviously I might be detained end of this month

kindly advise
Ez
