Hi, I have submitted my mom visa application form on 30june . It's a short family visit to uk I applied from Islamabad. I haven't hear anything. How I can track the application process anyone know?

I have checked through the given website . It showed decided. It mean we made a decision on 10 July. Today is 22 July still I haven't receive my documents. What should I do I applied from Pakistan Islamabad

Hi,

What reference number did you use on the visa status check website? My family has applied for standard visit visa via Gerry's in Karachi and I've tried various ref numbers but none of them is recognised.
