Hello Everyone,

Can someone please help me on this situation.
I am currently looking for some information about spouse visa and I am in very tensed situation.
I will be so thank full if you clarify this things.

I am currently on Tier 2 visa and my visa will expire on 12/01/2020. My last visa was granted in November 2016 along my wife, she is currently my dependent and her visa will also expire on the same date.

Now I am going to change my employer in next few weeks.
My question is does my wife also need to transfer her visa?
She is currently my dependent.

If you please clarify this questions I'll be very thank full to you.

Yes, she will have to switch with you. All the dependents have to switch

Hey Many thanks for the information. I was thinking the same that my wife is on my dependent visa that why she doesn't have to change her visa.
