Financial and Accommodation Requirement - serviced apartment

Hello,
This forum has been so helpful as I prepare my requirements. Thank you to all who has been selflessly answering the questions!

I currently have right to work in the UK visa Tier 2 ICT. Given that I transferred with the same company, for the duration of my stay I still receive my salary to my home country bank account. I have been working here 8 months now.

My partner has not been working in the past 12 months but started a new job last month (no pay slip available yet).

My salary already fits in to the financial requirement. Which documents do you think I need to provide? Will there be any issue that I'm showing another country's currency as proof for my income here?

On housing. I currently am in an accommodation paid for by the company, and all the bills are routed by the lettings company to my company. Because of this, I don't have any utilities bill under my name. I have a letter from the company confirming that they are paying for my salary, also have my contract to show this. And the lettings company has written a letter specifying that I have been in this place since last year. And that my partner has moved in with me in the place 4 months ago.
What documents do you think I need to further strengthen this bit? I cannot get a council tax copy as this is for the entire establishment. I also do not have a tenancy agreement, as this is like a serviced apartment so booking is done as if youre booking for a hotel. But it is an actual flat.
