IHS fee

Hi,


I apply for tier4(G) Visa, and I complete the application form, the problem is that I didn`t pay the IHS fee but in the application form there is `IHS Payment completed`. I choose in the application to pay the VISA fees in the center in the date of the interview so will I pay also the IHS on that date? or I put something wrong when I log to the IHS website and if I did so what is the procedures for withdrawing my application so I could re-apply again as soon as possible?
