Visit Visa applied, No SMS or email received, Need help

I have applied for general visit visa for myself, wife and infant son, application submitted on 13th July, 2017 at Lahore gerrys office, No confirmation email or sms received yet. Subscribed for SMS facility.
Please let me know what should I do , opt for call or email (Paid) option or wait for it?
