ILR premium service - BRP not received

ILR premium service - BRP not received

Hi
I attended appointment at Liverpool Premium Service for my ILR (through Tier 2 General) and ILR was approved. I was given a letter on 7 July 2017. It's been 8 working days since I got the letter. I booked my tickets to travel to India long back and the travel date is 23 July (Sunday).

As per the ILR letter, BRP would normally arrive in 10 working days. But till now there is no message from DX courier, so I am not sure if I'll get it by 22nd July.

Can anyone tell me approximately how many days it will take to get the BRP?
Even after paying for premium service, I am not sure why BRP takes so much time. Is that a normal case? Please inform. I'm very much worried as my India trip is fast approaching and I don't think I can travel without the BRP. Thank you.

It usually takes 7 to 10 days, but can take much longer.. There are cases on this forum where it has taken a month and in some cases, even more.
It is therefore advised that do not book any travel, unless u have received your brp.
