Hi all,
I hope you are well. I am on a Tier 2 General visa until July 2019 and have my wife as my dependent with me in the UK. She received a Tier 2 Dependent visa till July 2019. We married in the UK.
Recently, things have fallen apart b/w us and we no longer live together since June 2017. I have been threatened by my wife's brother-in-law, and as a result left the matrimonial flat me and my wife lived together.
Since it is more than a month we are living separate, I no longer feel that the relationship subsists. As such, I'd like to let Gov.UK know about the situation.
May I please know whether
1. a. I just need to send a change of circumstances form, including the change of address and change in dependent details section in the same form?
or do I have to fill the
b. The Change of Circumstances form plus Visas when you separate from your partner form, that can be found here (https://www.gov.uk/visas-when-you-separ ... me-office)
2. I am being interviewed at the moment. If I receive a job offer from a different employer, my current leave to remain will be no longer valid as I would have to get a new Tier 2 visa. Will this result in my wife's existing visa to be invalidated? I don't have any intention to sponsor her as the relationship is no longer subsist, but don't want to hurt her in any way either, if possible.
Most importantly I don't want to break any immigration rules.
Please advice.
Many thanks in anticipation
Andy
