Tier-2 General main applicant having maternity outside UK-if

Hello,
I am on tier-2 general visa since 2015 ,i will be due in feb 2018 and i have to travel india for the delivery as i dont have any help here in UK, i am planing to stay there for whole 6 months and come back after my maternity leave,since my husband is a tier-2 dependent and he will be here in UK,would like to know below things.
1.Will there be any problem for my ILR eligibility,if i am out of country for countinious 6 months(as i know the maxmimum duration is 3 months)
2.Will there be any problem to my dependant(MY husband who is working in UK),if he stay in UK during my stay in india.

It will be a great help if you could help me the queries.

Hi

You can stay upto 180 days outside UK in a year. I would suggest you go for 5 months and come back. Leave one month just in case you have to travel again.
