Appeal and going to court

Post by Debbiee » Wed Jul 19, 2017 12:16 pm

i was refused a visa for my finace to come to the uk to get married and then settle . The ECO stated that i didnt meet the fininical requirement when i am exempted as i recieve DLA , also at the time my employer didnt give me a letter as they said if the home office need that information to email them ,which we all know wont happen this was also mentioned on the refusual letter . i included the email to show what thry had said . I have appealed and sent all the documents to show i recieve DLA and after alot of fighting a letter from my employer . The review date has gone and as ive heard nothing going to prepare myself for court ive also asked my employer to give me a letter stating at the time i asked them for the letter they refused . I was wondering if anyone else had not surplied this letter and won in court.
