EEA permit for over 21 year old daughter

Hi, my mum obtained spanish citizenship and applying for a spanish passport for me is a long and complex process. She wants to come and live in the UK, where I am currently living with a student visa that expires in October.
To obtain an EEA permit when she comes to live here, I would need to prove that I depend on her, which kind of proofs are accepted as proof of dependency?
Also, she receives income from properties that are not in the UK, would that be something to show to prove that she is able to provide forme as well?
