hello we are wondering what are the options here.

Surinder Singh based residence card was applied in early Jan. So far apart from COA we have not heard anything from HO. Its more than 6.5 months now.
We have not even received SS based questionairre about sending additional info.
Really confused what shall we do here. As we do not want to annoy the caseworker by writing to him or involve MP.
Really confused.
