ILR long residence

Actuly I came uk in march 2006 as student till 27 august 2011 I was on student I had surgery in 25 august due to medical reason reason I did not apply my extentionn I was hospitalized I have g.p letter and proofs and after 9 month I apply flr m marriage visa and I guranted visa 10 years partner route I m in uk nearly 11 years with valid leave till February 2018 on 10 years partner route I need advice I m illigible to apply for ilr plz advice thxxccc

If you have had a gap of more than 6 months you do not have 10 years lawful stay and you cannot apply for ILR on that basis

I know but I have medical reason for my out of time application what about discreation ???

Such discretion is rarely applied. You can try but then it will be very unlikely
