ILR Appointment - Documents Required

Post by magelenn » Thu Jul 20, 2017 9:09 am

Hi everyone,

I have a Premium appointment this Saturday/22 July for ILR (im currently on Tier 2 General visa)

In the application check list, asking to provide evidence for the period you were granted leave as Tier 2, a document to show that you met the relevent requirements of the immigration rules?

What document is that or should i provide all of the required docs that i had to submit to get my original Tier 2? or is the Sponsor's License and COS enough?

thanks,
Maggie

All the relevant documents including employer letter, stating your absences from the UK and the fact you are needed in foreseeable future
