How old can property deeds and NARIC certificates be?

How old can property deeds and NARIC certificates be?

Hi guys,

I will be applying for my Mrs spouse visa on Monday hopefully and wanted to know how old can the copy of house deeds and NARIC certificate be at the time of application? For example, I got NARIC certificates in January and copies of property deeds in March. Would this be ok?
