It's now been 10 working days since they have received it, and no response. Starting to get worried now as we have booked a trip in two weeks.
I called the hotline and they said I have to write a letter. Forgot to ask which address. The above?
Has anyone else received their corrected card yet?
Did you receive you new PR yet mate ?KarmaPolice wrote: ↑Sat Aug 12, 2017 6:20 pmwe received the delivery notification yesterday. Thank god.
You need to email them on BRCDelivery@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. Expalin & complain them everything about long wait & you need you RC urgently. You would get reply most probably next working day or after one working day.daygi wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2017 11:45 amDid you receive you new PR yet mate ?KarmaPolice wrote: ↑Sat Aug 12, 2017 6:20 pmwe received the delivery notification yesterday. I got mine after about a month and that was because I kept sending them email and reporting via their website. I specifically said I needed it for work travel reasons and I got an email later to say it was on the way back to me.
