Hi,
I had applied for the Tier 2 General visa with the 'Job Title' in the CoS (Certificate of Sponsorship) as 'Analyst Programmer' (SOC 2136). Within a few months of getting my Visa, the organisation restructured its Designations and my Job Title was changed to 'Senior Developer'. However, there have been no changes in my Job Responsibilities and so, the new Job Title correspond to the same SOC code (2136) as in the CoS.
In the wake of this change, my employer submitted a notification on the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) notifying the change in my Job Title to 'Senior Developer'.
Could the Moderators/Experts please advise if there is any other action that should be taken by me or my employer in this regard, in addition to the notification already submitted on the SMS?
Also, my organisation maintains a Global and a local 'Known As' positions which were both 'Analyst Programmer' for me before the restructuring. However, after the changes in the Designations, the Global Position has remained 'Analyst Programmer' and the local 'Known As' position has changed to 'Senior Developer' which has resulted in a mismatch between the Job Title detailed on the SMS and my Payslips as the Payslips reflect the Global Job Position ('Analyst Programmer') and SMS reflects 'Senior Developer' (due to the notification submitted last year).
To dissipate any confusion this may cause in my ILR application, I've requested below letter from the HR. Please advise if the content looks fine and if this can be submitted along with the Payslips.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Re: <First Name> <Last Name> (Employee Number: xxxxx)
With reference to the above named person, I can confirm that <First Name> <Last Name> is currently working as a Senior Developer (Job Type/SOC: 2136 Programmers and Software Development Professionals) at <Organisation Name>.
The Job Title detailed on the Sponsorship Management System (CoS Number: xxxxx), as notified under Migrant Activity on <Date>, will not correspond to the Job Title on the Payslips given that the Payslips reflect the Global Job Title/Position ('Analyst Programmer') instead of a local 'Known As' Job Title/Position ('Senior Developer').
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours Sincerely,
<Name>
<Designation>
<Email>
Many Thanks.
