SHORT SUMRISE INFO.
I got my DLR outside Immigration rule BASED on family life in UK and appeal allowed and granted DLR on Date:-20-06-2011------- But at the time I did not have my passport so the home office has issued the DLR visa on paper then ask me to send the new passport which I did then they have ask me to do the BIO metrics to issue me a card ON 13-11-2012.
MY DLR ISSUED on paper VISA-------------20-06-2011
MY FIRST BIO MATRIC CARD ISSUED----- VLAID 13-11-2012 -----EXPIRE-- 20-06-2014
SECOND BIO MATRIC CARD ISSUED-------VALID 01-10-2014------EXPIRE--01-10-2017
My question is which form I need to use to apply my ILR and if you say its SET O form then in the form what category do I need to select as I got the DLR outside immigration rules under (HUMAN Rights) and according to the above date I think my 6 years is completed already if I am correct .
Also please shed some light regards to what documents I need to attached along with the application.
Also I am confused
do I need to provide English test as well before applying ILR I heard I don't need it but just need your guys honest and expert opinion ?Lastly is it easy to apply ILR by your self ? as I did manage to do the DLR extension by my self but I am more confused in ILR application please help me with right steps and correct form and which category I will be selecting in to the form.
I NEED THESE INFO HELP PLEASE AS MY ILR DUE IN NEXT MONTH AND I NEED TO SEND MY APPLICATION 6 WEEKS BEFORE NEED YOUR GUYS URGENT REPLY PLZ PLZ.
