Human right over 18 British citizen mother

Post by Kumari91 » Sun Jul 23, 2017 8:54 pm

Hi, I need genuine advice on human right. My mother is British citizen and my father and brother has ILR I came on UK 2011 on human right besides immigration rules because I was over 18. I need to renew my visa on January 2014 and for some advice I went to one solicitor who guide wrongly by saying I can apply for ILR nd I applied nd got refused than I got hearing and judge refuse on basis of I am over 18.
Than I went to another laywer and he said I need to apply for DL or further leave by that time I became overstayer so I can't work. My parents are paying all money. Now, I got letter from home office they refuse my flr nd they given me right of appeal. I'm still waiting from hearing date. I have no house no money nothing in my home country my family is here. I'm belongs to country where girl can't live without their parents or family. I'm very very depressed pls help me pls advice me. What to do now.

I applied for ilr on 2014 I lost case on hearing on 2015 January
I applied for further leave human right as I previously got that still waiting for hearing or any kind of response from HO.

My point is how home office can snatch human right from person who got visa on human right.
