Do dependent spouse need NOC/Leave letter from employer?

Hi All,

My wife is primary applicant and relocating to Ireland on critical skill work permit. I am also planning to go with her on dependent VISA. I am working in private company in India. Do i need any NOC or leave letter from my employer to file my dependent visa? Is there any such document required by Ireland Embassy? I see that VFS and INIS site doesn't mention about any such document so i think its is not required for my dependent visa application. But still need an opinion if any body else has similar case. Please help.
