TIER 2 GENERAL VISA QUERIES

Hi,

My scenario is I worked in TIER 2 ICT ( Short TERM ) from July 2016 to MAY 2017.

Recently I attended interview for a company and they are ready to sponsor me TIER 2 General VISA.

Am I eligible for TIER 2 General visa?.

( I have few colleagues who came in TIER 2 ST, once the ST visa was expired. They applied for TIER 2 LT and back in UK.)

You can only apply for your Tier 2 General visa from outside of the UK and will be subject to the 12 month cooling off period,
