FPS REPORT BY DIFFERENT SOFTWARE

Post by rahul190 » Mon Jul 24, 2017 12:22 pm

Hello,

For employees FPS report, it has been done once, but after solicitor reviewed, report doesn't fit according to requirements. So it will be done in another software to meet requirement.

My questions are,

1. Because of different software payee figures will slightly change in few pence but not more than 20p, any issued with that

2. Among all employees one employee gets paid regularly by bank transfer, his paid figures will have few differences in paid amount which will be not more than 20p, other employees gets paid by cash

It will have to be done by another software, therefore above points concern me about how it will be reviewed by home office.

Second thing,

Due to short time left,

My case is £200k entrepreneur extension,

After all final accounts, I have shortfall of £20k, if I invest fund as director loan from personal to business account and management account will be prepared after £20k transfer to business account.

1. Do I have to spend that £20k within time frame and then prepare management account. Or I do not need to spend that £20k as long as it has invested as director loan and management account has been prepared?

What part of the requirements is not met in the FPS ?

Based on all the comments in the Forum so far, it appears that HO has not raised an issue with FPS generated by a different software. But it is something I personally would avoid if possible.

You don't have to have spent all the invested money.

Under £200k entrepreneur visa extension,

1. Employment contracts
2. Accountant letter confirming Director loan (final accounts does states director loan for company and capital introduced by for partnership with my full name in each set of accounts)
3. Accountant letter confirming Job Creation

Does these documents mentioned above are mandatory?

No.
Last one mandatory ONLY IF you have joined or taken over a business

Hi,

While application is in process,

Current employee Mr. X hours has been relied to count for two full time job creation(working for nearly a year now)

Mr. X is leaving job now and new employee Mr. Y has been employed for same job role/hours/pay

While application in process if employee Mr. X leave and Mr. Y start job instead Mr. X, does that make any impact on my application?

YOU CAN TRANSFER 2OK CASH TO YOUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT FROM PERSONAL AS LONG AS IT IS TRANSFERRED TO BUSINESS ACCOUNT FROM PERSONAL, IT IS CONSIDERED INVESTMENT, DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SPENT..
HOPE THIS HELPS
